At Queen Margherita Pizza, we’re more than just a pizzeria—we’re a family passion turned into Melbourne’s go-to for premium, handcrafted Italian-style pizza. Founded by Marco Di Pietrantonio, whose roots trace back to his father Ubaldo’s iconic Pinocchio’s Pizza Trattoria (opened in 1971), QM Pizza brings over 50 years of Italian hospitality and pizza mastery to every bite.
Marco launched Queen Margherita in 2015 with one mission: to deliver a truly distinctive pizza experience that stands apart. Today, with multiple locations across Melbourne, we remain proudly independent at heart while growing thoughtfully through our franchise model.
